Lynn Keddie | PAINTER PHOTOGRAPHER
Looking through the lens of a camera for 20 years has burnt images onto my eyeballs. You see I take photographs of plants and gardens for magazines. Ten years ago I started to paint again. I see things in nature that I just want to share especially at dawn and dusk when the light is magical. To capture the feelings I have when I am concentrating on what I see through the lens and yet lost in the moment. The close relationship I have with these flowers, the sea or land is something I am now compelled to capture. So, I take my thoughts and memories back to my studio and paint. Try and stop me, I think my backbone is a paintbrush.
